Welcome to the Galloway Township Public Schools Registration Page! 

The student registration process is completed electronically. Parents/guardians should electronically send all supporting documents through the Online Registration Portal. Once you submit your online registration, you will receive an email or phone call after your enrollment information has been reviewed.

Central registration is open from 8:00am-3:00pm. Please schedule an appointment if you need to submit documents in person.

Documents needed for registration are as follows:

• Birth Certificate

• Current Proofs of Residency

• Immunization Record

• Universal Health Form or Physical Packet

• Special Education Medicaid Initiative Parental Consent Form (SEMI)

• Request for Records

f you are unable to produce any of the documents listed above, please contact Katie Geary, Registrar, for information about alternative documents that can be provided in lieu of the documents listed above. • If circumstances prevent you from uploading the documents above, hard copies of registration documents can be mailed or may be dropped off at the district office's drop box. The address of the district office is 101 South Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205.

• DISTRICT DROP BOX: Please place all documentation in one envelope with your child's full name and Date of Birth.

Kindergarten Entrance Requirements: All children entering Galloway Township Public School for Kindergarten in September, must be 5 years old on or before October 1st and must provide proof of residency.

Transportation Information: If your child is eligible for a bus, the bus pass information will be emailed to the primary email address on file. The hard copy of your child's bus pass will be provided to your child to take home.

Change of Address: If you moved or have moved, you must complete the Change of Address form and submit the corresponding documents. Please contact the District Registrar with any questions at 609-748-1250, x1015.
