Mr. Lightcap has worked in Galloway Township for over 20 years. After teaching 6th grade at Arthur Rann, he started his administrative career at Reeds Road. After serving as both Assistant Principal and Principal of Reeds, he joined the staff at Roland Rogers in 2024. Mr. Lightcap looks forward to building strong relationships with students, families and staff. He is proud to be the principal of such an outstanding school.

Mr. Lupo, who has spent nearly 20 years as a high school English teacher in both New York and New Jersey, is excited to be entering his third year at Roland Rogers as the Assistant Principal. Though elementary school students are vastly different than their high school counterparts, Mr. Lupo thoroughly enjoys working with the students at Roland Rogers. He credits the students’ energy and excitement for learning and coming to school as some of the reasons why he loves his job. Mr. Lupo also feels incredibly privileged to work alongside such a talented and dedicated group of teachers at Roland Rogers. He believes they are a major reason why Roland Rogers is such a great school!
